Description of the loop

The start of this route, rich in views and sights, is at the Darney tourist office, where you can hire electric bikes during the summer. After a stop at the Confiserie Délivosges, cross the village of Attigny and its pretty stone bridge, and take the opportunity to discover the educational trail of the 4 ponds, accessible to people with reduced mobility... and to bikes! The Droiteval Abbey is a key site on the trail and deserves a short break to admire the richness of the site and to read the dedicated information panels. After following the Ourche and its meanders and crossing part of the renowned Darney forest, don't hesitate to stop in the shade of a giant sequoia in the Hutte arboretum.
